Run by Chris and Penny Pavlovich, the company started off as Pavlovich Bros, more than fifty years ago, by Chris's father Peter and his brother Tom.
Peter and Tom balanced their time and resources between the (then) fledgling transport company and the local family farm.
Chris commenced employment in the business, working his way up to the current position as Director when his father announced his retirement approximately 20 years ago.
Now, with a fleet of over fifty specialist vehicles, Southern Haulage Industries, located just north of the Mount Barker townsite on Albany Highway, are transport industry leaders in the Great Southern Region of Western Australia.
We offer a wide variety of first class haulage services, including Bulk Freight, Timber Haulage and Infield Chipping.
Additional services include Specialist Load Transport and Owner Operator Equiptment.
